This is an electronic service. High-end, consultative services are available

Rush services are available by emailing info@99dollarlogos.com,
however, rush services will incur an additional fee.
1) Add a logo to your cart and check out.
2) Shortly after recieving your payment, we will respond with a questionnaire. This is not an automated response because we like to review any notes you supply to us prior to sending out the questionnaire.
This means that if you submit your order after business hours, it will be the next business day before you get the questionnaire email. All questions other than contact info are optional, however, the more information you provide, the better the likelihood you will "love your logo!"™
3) Upon receipt of your questionnaire, we will send you a confirming email that may or may not ask for some clarification.

This is an electronic service, meaning communications are via email.* For the $99 fee, you will receive 3 draft designs from which you pick your favorite. You can then make 3 rounds of modifications of that design, i.e. changes to color, fonts, etc.Turn-around for your proof is is usually 3-4 business days, however may run about 5 business days during periods of heavy volume. Your proof will be sent to you via email. You may forward the artwork to your advisors/associates, however, please consolidate your feedback into a singular email so that we do not receive conflicting feedback that may delay the project.When you approve your design, you will receive the native design file (this is the raw programming file from the program, (i.e. Adobe(R) Illustrator (TM), or Macromedia(R) Fireworks.) In addition to the original file, you will also receive your logo exported in up to 3 formats of your choice, i.e. *gif, *jpg and *bmp. Additional information : We also accept personal and business checks, as well as PayPal payments from your checking account, check card, or major credit card. If you would like to pay for your logo via check, please email us at info@99dollarlogos.com. If you are a PayPal customer, you may also send a PayPal transaction to paypal@imagesmarketing.com, and we will respond with a logo questionnaire and confirmation. THANK YOU! Hours of Operation: Our service is national, so our hours of operation are intended to meet the peak hours of multiple time zones. Our normal hours of operation are M - F 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern. Although we often work on the weekend and later in the evenings, we cannot guarantee that orders placed on a weekend will receive a questionnaire or follow-up email prior to Monday (excluding holidays.)
